Process Operator
W2Fuel LLC operates biodiesel and glycerin manufacturing facilities in Michigan and Iowa. We are currently seeking candidates for process operators in order to expand our production shifts at the Adrian, MI plant.
Candidates should have the following skills and
Experience:
Ability to work shifts in a 24/7 production environment
Operation of equipment including pumps, distillation systems, boilers, process controls, cooling water systems and tank farm equipment
Experience with biodiesel, biofuels or similar chemical reaction and refining processes is preferred
Perform sampling and analysis of process samples
Perform maintenance of equipment
Troubleshoot process problems and identify/implement solutions
Load and unload delivery trucks
Operation of mobile equipment (fork lift, scissor lift)
Knowledge and understanding of OSHA safe work regulations and practices
All candidates must have the legal right to work in the United States of America. W2Fuel LLC will not sponsor work visas. No relocation costs are available for this position.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
