Aquatics Manager General Description:
The Christian Family Centre is a world-class fitness and family activity facility that strives to assist individuals and families grow in their physical, social, and spiritual wellness with Jesus Christ being the center.
This role, under the supervision of the Aquatics Manager and Operations Director, will work to create a safe, fun, and wholesome environment for patrons to enjoy The Centre and The Corner Park.
Employees must serve patrons with a friendly, helpful attitude, vigilantly monitor the pool and its guests, and enforce established rules, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Monitor the pool and its guests preventing actions that could lead to injury or destruction of equipment Professionally and politely enforce all Centre policies, procedures, and rules Serve patrons with a friendly smile and helpful attitude Record usage statistics Record pool chemical readings Teach group and private swim lessons as needed Attend and participate in bi-weekly in-service trainings Perform daily tasks and record on the Daily Task List Maintain a world-class pool environment Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
A Christ-centered life and commitment to excellence A heart to serve patrons Lifeguarding experience preferred Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer/First Aid WSI Certification preferred Completed applications may be sent to email protected Job Type:
