We are a STAR-rated program with high standards for childcare.
Candidates may work in multiple classrooms, with children of all ages, from infant to preschool age.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Keeping kids safe, healthy, fed, clean, and cared for Interacting with children in a positive manner Communicating with families in a positive and professional manner Light to moderate cleaning Entering child information into our Procare app Adhering to all Michigan Licensing requirements Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent Must be 18+ Weekday availability, preferably with open availability between 6:
30a and 5:
30p Ability to lift children (up to 30 pounds) on a frequent basis Ability to be on your feet and moving (bending, stooping, walking, and/or carrying) most of the day Regular attendance Maintaining a professional appearance Effective and appropriate communication skills Basic reading skills and attention to detail Ability to work as part of a team Ability to pass a background check Must not have been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor Preferred (not required) Prior childcare experience Desire to obtain a CDA credential or degree in Early Childhood Education Perks of working with us Team environment Room to grow within the company CDA and professional development assistance Job Type:
