Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure a clean and safe environment - Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors - Empty trash bins and replace liners - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies - Dust and wipe down surfaces - Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors - Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways and lobbies - Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures - Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel Skills:
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment - Ability to follow instructions and work independently - Strong attention to detail - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary - Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes Note:
Previous experience as a janitor or in facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
Training will be provided for the right candidate.
