9K a year W2Fuel is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and ensure efficient, safe operations across our facilities in Adrian, MI.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities, analyzing performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key
Responsibilities:
Supervise maintenance technicians and lead by example working alongside the team Oversee maintenance of production equipment, facilities, grounds to minimize downtime Monitor, analyze and report on equipment performance, downtime, costs etc.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs and schedules Manage maintenance inventory, supplies and ensure availability of critical spare parts Coordinate with contractors for major repairs to achieve quality work at optimal costs Perform hands-on maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting as required Utilize maintenance management software to track work orders, PM schedules etc.
Prepare and present KPI reports to plant leadership on a regular basis Required Skills/
Experience:

years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems Proficient with maintenance management software and analyzing metrics Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting and repair abilities for production machinery Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints and technical documentation Basic computer skills including MS Office, data analysis and reporting Associate's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience Excellent communication and leadership skills Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Frequent walking, standing, sitting We offer a competitive compensation package with excellent benefits.
