Varying weekdays & every other weekend $13/hour POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for providing a welcoming environment for residents, guests, staff, and vendors.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Answer main entry door in a timely fashion and follow screening protocols for any person entering the community Answer phones, as needed Clean, disinfect and straighten main common area, which may include but not be limited to:
Sanitize entry way, include door handles, keypad, and other hard surfaces Assist Life Enrichment with setting up, cleaning/sanitizing, and monitoring throughout visits for residents Participate in resident engagement activities as directed by Life Enrichment Maintain front porch appearance, by tidying up, water plants, sweeping, etc Sort mail for distribution Promote positive relationships with residents, staff, and visitors Perform any other duties as requested within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job.
SKILLS & ABILITIES Education and Experience High school diploma/GED required.
Computer Skills Must have demonstrable knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office in a Windows environment, with a capacity to master company specific software.
