The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for helping infants and young children engage with and experience their world! Your time working at Foundations will be filled with:
-laughing with children and coworkers -playing with children -supporting your teammates -light cleaning to provide a healthy, clean environment for the families of Foundations ELC.
Requirements:
-consistent, timely presence at the center -cooperative, growth mindset -willingness to pursue and complete training, workshops, and conferences related to the goal of providing excellent childcare for local families.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred, or willing to obtain
Responsibilities:
-Provide childcare services -Participate in age-appropriate activities and games- -Manage behavior in a positive and effective manner -Maintain a clean and safe environment for children -Ability to manage behavior effectively -Strong communication skills with both children and parents
