Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the business - Provide leadership and guidance to the team, promoting a positive work environment - Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, organizing files, and maintaining records - Communicate effectively with customers and staff, ensuring excellent customer service - Supervise employees and provide training when necessary - Assist with payroll processing and maintaining accurate employee records - Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies -Oversee all training aspects -Complete/conduct quarterly performance evaluations - Support retail sales efforts by assisting customers and promoting products Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role preferred - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base - Proficient in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and phone etiquette - Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures is a plus - Experience in retail sales is beneficial We offer competitive pay and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
