Summary:
Assist in the maintenance and/or repair necessary to ensure the general upkeep of the facility, its grounds and equipment.
Essential Functions:
1.
Maintenance and repair of all company equipment.
2.
May assist with company vehicles by inspecting and performing minor repairs if in the capabilities when needed.
3.
Performs job duties in a safe manner using protective equipment where needed.
4.
Assists in maintaining grounds and buildings by changing light bulbs, picking up trash, performing lawn care, and snow/ice removal.

Education and/or
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
One to two years' experience in the maintenance field, carpentry and basic electrical or related areas.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of carpentry, minor electrical repair, basic auto mechanic skills, painting, general construction and remodeling skills.
Must possess a valid driver's license, personal auto insurance and able to travel to outlying locations.
Must possess and use personal tools and kit.
Job Type:
