In addition to driving sales, you will support the Provisioning Center's day-to-day operations, minding industry regulations and standards.
Duties and Responsibilities Promote a genuine, comfortable and welcoming experience to all.
Provide friendly, patient and knowledgeable customer service to our guests.
Striving to best assist the customer as the leading tool to driving sales.
Contribute to a positive, customer-centric work environment in line with KAI's policies and procedures Learn and maintain product and industry knowledge.
To include, but not limited to; facility and company products and services, marijuana laws and regulations, product recommended consumption and dosage, product and strains variety and effects.
Participate in location events, volunteering, and vendor days Comply with all established local, state and federal guidelines, procedures and laws.
Properly verify and register paperwork, documentation and Identification for all consumers and patients Accurately always using and maintaining the point of sale (POS) and METRC Systems Responsible for accurate cash handling and related activities Update product menus as needed Monitor, restock, label and sticker product as needed/directed Communicate sales and deals and ensure accurate application.
Understand, and uphold COVID related rules, and mandates in accordance with the state, and CDC guidelines upon entry.
Execute reception responsibilities including; Answering phones, taking messages, and direct incoming calls to the correct individual.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the property and workstations.
Data entry, scanning, printing, and faxing documents.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with customers and co-workers.
Qualifications Customer Service Experience preferred High School diploma preferred Minimum of 21 years of age Must pass any and all required background checks Maintain a consistent warm and friendly personality Self-motivated Coachable and is receptive to feedback Ability to communicate and make connections with customers Comfortable and confident in making decisions and recommendations.
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a sometimes hectic work environment, while being detail-oriented and organized.
Ability and desire to grow personal knowledge base (by direction and individually driven).
Organized and Patient Ability to problem solve Works well with computers Knowledge of email, web search engines, Microsoft Word and Excel Experience handling cash transactions Ethical Conduct Personal Effectiveness/Credibility Global & Cultural Awareness Valid driver's license and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record background check.

Working conditions & Environment This job operates in a professional retail store environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
This position regularly requires a flex schedule, long hours, nights, weekend work and holiday availability.
This position may require travel for new store openings or related operations.
Physical requirements include the ability to bend down, open and move product and fixtures, lift up to 50 lbs.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
