This local facility is looking for Production/Manufacturing Assemblers for fast paced production.
These positions are temporary to hire positions, after eligibility requirements and application are met, and is conveniently located in Adrian, Michigan.

Monday- Friday from 3:
00PM - 11:
00PM (+overtime) Midnight shift:
Sunday - Thursday from 11:
00PM - 7:
00AM (+overtime) Weekend Warrior Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and either Tuesday or Thursday and you will have 2 days of during the week.
Either Tuesday, Wednesday or Wednesday, Thursday.
You will not be mandatory overtime on your 2 days off, but you could have overtime on your 5 normal days.

- Works within the operator classification on all production lines and stations for job rotations.
- Removes flash from blow molded tank, inspects visually for defects, weighs tank, and places tank into post-mold cooling fixtures.
- Perform Quality inspections and records data - Operates computer systems to identify tank production data - Works in accordance with Standard Work Instructions and Quality Alerts - Record and report any equipment malfunctions, abnormal product quality or any process that is found to be out of specification - Follow standard reaction plan (labels, bins, INTRACE) - Complete required documents (shift logs, traceability etc.
) - Perform basic troubleshooting of production disruptions such as resettling faults and clearing jammed components.
- Perform first level preventative maintenance such as checking fluid levels, gauges, and replacing components.
- Keep assigned area and equipment clean, safe and orderly - Responsible to ensure customer requirements are met (including but not limited to:
setting quality objectives, corrective and preventative actions, capacity analysis, logistics information, customer scorecards and customer portals.
- Work as a team in a fast paced environment - Keep and maintain basic housekeeping standards - Other tasks as necessary based on demand - Willingness and desire to work overtime as needed - Authority and responsibility to stop production when a quality or safety issue arises - Work requires walking, talking, seeing, hearing, sitting, climbing, bending, stooping, grasping, crouching, pushing, balancing, reaching, kneeling, and standing - Must comply with all work rules, policies, procedures and work instructions - Must be able to lift up to 33lbs on a regular basis - Work requires working under high and low temperatures at certain times - Ability to stand 8 - 12 hour per day Job Types:
