Qualified candidates shall possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field.
Experience working with assessments, care plans, admissions and discharge planning, and State and Federal regulations.
Candidates shall also have strong written and verbal communication skills, decision making skills, as well be able to work individually and in a team.
This is a Full-Time position with a strong benefits package.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
